Return policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has already been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers are entitled to submit a return application within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, kept in the original received condition with intact original packaging. A receipt or valid purchase proof is required to process your return. Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged shipping fees at most once (covering both delivery and return shipments); no restocking fees will be charged for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will send a receipt notification via email, together with the result of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (credit card or other payment channels) within a corresponding processing period.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after inspection approval, please follow these steps:
  1. Double-check your bank account balance;
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as refunds may take several business days to post to your account;
  3. Reach out to your bank, which usually requires extra processing time for incoming refunds.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  1. If the return is initiated due to personal customer reasons, you shall bear all return shipping fees, the exact cost depends on the courier provider you select.
  2. If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect due to our errors, we will cover all return shipping fees with no extra charge for customers.
